Downloading Your Mp3 Reading
Help Instructions.
Please Note:- on your device these pictures will probably look a bit different,
But the steps will be the same.
On Phones/Pads your Email link will look something like this

Either click (or copy and paste) the link to your usual web browser.
Accept any prompts.
Once you click the link you will be taken to the "Box.com" download page.
You DONT need register or anything to access your file at Box.com

The download page should look like this.
Click the download button to download the Mp3 file to your device.
If you click the play button you will hear the reading but you will NOT save it.

Please note you can download from Box.com as many times as you like but the file will only be there for about 6 weeks before it is deleted online.
For Apple Phones/Pads and some Android devices, If you don't see any download option it is probably your security settings blocking the download.
Either edit these settings or get in touch and we will send you a alternative download option from "WeTransfer" or similar file transfer option.
Once downloaded you will then need to open your music app and play the downloaded Mp3 file.
If you do not have a music app installed on your Android device follow the instructions below to download a free Mp3 player.

Apple devices will have to use the default Apple music player,
this will already be installed.
Go to the google play store and search
"Mp3 player".
There will be lots of free choices pick one
When it has downloaded and installed click open, Or go to the new Icon and click that.
Once your music app is open you will need to look for the downloaded file.
It may look similar to the one above depending on how many music tracks you have on your device.
Select the track and press play to listen.

Click the download button (Top Right) to download the Mp3 file to your device.
If you click the play button you will only hear the reading but you will NOT save it.

If you can't see the download button your security settings may be blocking it please get in touch and we will send you the file via "WeTransfer" or similar file transfer option.
Once downloaded Go to your download folder and copy the file to wherever you want to store the file safely.
Then play with your usual Mp3 music App
